- De tijdlijn naar 10 juli 2027.
- Dan komt onze eigen wet.
- De AMLR werkt rechtstreeks.
- Op 10 juli 2027 vervangt de AMLR de Wwft, zonder omzetting in Nederlands recht.
- Nu: de Wwft geldt, en AMLA schrijft de richtsnoeren.
- 10 juli 2027: de AMLR geldt, in heel de EU tegelijk.
- De AMLD6 komt apart, via de Nederlandse Iwt.
- Er is geen overgangsrecht voor bestaande cliënten.
- Ook cliënten die je al tien jaar bedient.
