For those who advise, review or train firms

You are already at the table with the firms we build for. You tell them what has to happen, and then they still have to do it. That is what we would like to talk about.

Wwft advisers and compliance firms

You put a firm's Wwft policy in order and then you leave. What you leave behind has to keep working without you: screening that re-runs on its own, a file that stays complete, and an audit trail the supervisor can look into. A firm can start for free, so your advice costs them nothing to try.

What the checks do

Quality reviewers

You have to establish whether a file holds up. Every risk classification comes out of a published rule matrix rather than a model, so you can replay it instead of believing it. Every report exports as PDF and as JSON, and the API hands you all of them at once.

How classification works

Trainers and professional bodies

The Wwft videos are free to use, including in a course you are paid for. They are cut one question at a time, so you can lift out exactly the point you are covering. We accredit nothing and award no PE credits: they sit alongside your course, not instead of it.

What already exists today

  • A free account with 10 client files, connectors and API included. No card.
  • No minimum commitment and no annual contract.
  • A data processing agreement on every plan, the free one included.
  • Reports as PDF and JSON, and all of them at once over the API.
  • Risk classification from a rule matrix published on this site, no AI judgement.
  • Client data on servers in Falkenstein, Germany.

What does not exist yet

There is no partner programme, no commission scheme and no portal. That is not an omission: we do not yet know what is customary in this field, and we would rather design it with the first few partners than announce it and walk it back.

What we can do: think along about a pilot at a firm you are guiding, and make arrangements that fit how you work.

Shall we talk?

Half an hour, no pitch. Tell us what you run into at the firms you guide, and we will look at where we can help each other.
