Four ways to get your clients in
- A connector: Exact Online, Nmbrs Accounting or HubSpot. New and changed relations are picked up and screened automatically.
- A list: if you keep clients in Excel or Numbers, import that list and you are caught up in one go.
- By hand: adding one client takes half a minute. For a small office this is often simply the fastest route.
- Through the API: REST with your own keys, so your own system or workflow submits clients and retrieves reports.
Working with a different system?
Tell us. If it has an API we usually build the connector in weeks rather than quarters: a connector here is one module, not a project.
We deliberately do not claim we connect to everything. Several Dutch practice systems have no usable API, and others put access behind a paid partner programme. In those cases the honest route is the import or the API, and both work today.
What a connector gets you
Without one, you decide when a client is screened. With one it happens the moment the relation appears or changes in your administration, which is exactly when due diligence is supposed to happen.
