The figures your client filed themselves

For every corporate client with a KvK number, the most recently filed annual accounts sit beside the file. Nothing to look up, nothing to download, nothing to retype.

What lands in the file

  • The financial year and the date the accounts were adopted and filed.
  • The figures as filed: balance sheet total, equity, result, and whatever else the filing carries.
  • Which statements were filed: balance sheet, profit and loss account, consolidated or not.
  • The source alongside, so the file records where the figures came from.

It happens on its own, and it stays current

The accounts are fetched when a client is created or re-screened, and again every quarter after that. If your client files a new financial year, it simply appears.

Your existing clients are picked up too, however long they have been on your books. You do not start with an empty column to fill in yourself.

Context for your file, not another check

With the figures in front of you, you can see at once whether the company sitting across from you matches the company in the register: its size, its activities, the story about where the money comes from.

It is not a check and it produces no outcome. It does not feed the risk classification, so the judgement stays yours and is recorded as yours.

How the risk classification does work

Included on every paid plan

Unlimited, across all your files, with no per-lookup charge and no bundle to run down. So you never have to weigh up whether something is worth looking up, which is the whole point: the figures are simply there the moment you open the file.

What the plans cost

Frequently asked questions

Does a lookup cost anything?
No. It is included in your plan, however often you use it. No per-lookup charge, no bundle to run down.
It says nothing found. Does that mean my client filed nothing?
No, and the difference matters. The open dataset holds only adopted annual accounts that were filed digitally. Anyone filing on paper is not in it. Nothing found means exactly that: nothing found in this dataset. We leave it worded that way in the file too.
How current are the figures?
Every quarter we look again for a new filing, so a newly filed set of accounts is in the file within three months. Annual accounts are adopted once a year, so looking more often would find you nothing extra.
Is this on the free plan?
No. The free plan is there to prove the screening works on your own clients, and this is not part of that. Everything a supervisor asks of you is included.
