Wwft art. 35 requires periodic training for your staff and for the people running the firm day to day. The act prescribes no form. From 10 July 2027 the AMLR also requires the training to be documented.

The videos are in Dutch. The Wwft is Dutch law and its terms of art are the ones the supervisor uses, so translating them would teach a vocabulary that appears in no inspection.

What the video says
- Wat het is, hoe je het herkent, en waarom het jou aangaat.
- Dát is witwassen.
- Meestal is het een factuur voor werk dat nooit gedaan is. Je ziet het in een administratie, niet op straat.
- Witwassen is: iets gebruiken waarvan je weet dat het uit enig misdrijf komt.
- Elk misdrijf dus, niet alleen drugs. En niet alleen geld: ook een auto, een pand, een wallet.
- Drie stappen. Twee ervan lopen langs jouw bureau.
- Het geld moet het systeem in. Dat is de bank.
- Het spoor moet weg. Dat wordt een factuur.
- Het moet gewoon lijken. Dat wordt vastgoed.
- Je hoeft het niet te weten.
- Redelijkerwijs moeten vermoeden is genoeg. Dat heet schuldwitwassen.
- Daarom heet het ongebruikelijk. Niet verdacht.
- Je hoeft niets te bewijzen. Je meldt het, en de FIU zoekt het uit.

- May I use these videos for my whole team?
- Yes. They are free, no account is needed, and there is no limit on how many people watch them. Forward the link or put it on your intranet.
- How do I record that my team watched them?
- Today you do that in your own administration: who, what and when. This page remembers your progress in your own browser only and keeps nothing about it on our side. From 10 July 2027 the AMLR requires the training to be documented, so from then such a record is no longer optional.
- Are there PE credits?
- No, and there is no exam and no certificate. We cannot accredit. For a course with PE credits, go to your professional body.
- Are the videos available in English?
- No. The Wwft is Dutch law and its terms, such as cliëntenonderzoek and ongebruikelijke transactie, are exactly the words the supervisor uses. Translated, you would learn a vocabulary that appears in no inspection.
- How current is this?
